We are in the process of clearing land to increase pasture for cattle and hay production. Therefore, we have seasoned firewood available. Shop the website or call/text to make arrangements - Kyle Swicord (229)481-1383.
We have a fully restored church that dates back to 1886 and is available as an event venue. The church has the classic historical design of the one-room country church, with a small vestibule entry and a bell steeple over the front door. The church was erected in 1886 on Georgia Highway 309 South, just south of Greenshade Road. But has been moved and restored on our family farm.
We raise hybrid beef cattle - a cross of Black Angus and Hereford breeds.
The Black Angus breed originated across the pond (Scotland) and arrived in America in the 1800s. They naturally have no horns & have good marbling qualities.
The Hereford is a British breed of beef cattle originally from Herefordshire in the West Midlands of England. Herefords are known for their excellent maternal instincts and milk production. Herefords bring good carcass marbling and reach maturity quickly. The classic whiteface look of Hereford breeds is iconic!
The Black Baldy is a type of cross-bred beef cattle. It is traditionally produced by crossing Hereford bulls on Aberdeen Angus cows.
Firewood - To increase cattle production, we are clearing land to expand the pasture and hay fields; creating the availability of firewood.
